The Vin Palace

Went for wine tasting at a wine shop today~ Quite a nice experience that I never had in my life time. Tried both white wine and red wine but to me, red wine is more preferable. Just a few wine glasses of wine is good enough to get me slightly intoxicated... You can imagine how terrible this drinker is~ Luckily did not say anything wrong that time~ That shop is full of variety kinds of wine and a very worthy place to spend your leisure time with friends~

Wine tasting is the sensory examination and evaluation of wine but when came to wine food paring, I can't even differentiate the difference! Must be something wrong with my palates! Ridiculous!

I met Jane the manager, her assistant, Sean, Sam, and a few more regular drinkers there. They are all very friendly to make me this first timer there won't feel shy or uneasy.

I left that place around 7pm plus and I do admit that I had had three hours of fun with everyone there! Before we left, Fatty bought me a bottle of New Age Rose Wine for me knowing very well that I prefer red
wine rather than white wine. Here a very big thank you to Fatty who willing to bring me there to experience such a good wine~ A very big thank you!

Hoping for the next chance to be there to mix around with the great drinkers and the exquisitely beautiful young manager! Looking forward for better time!

  1. Girl, careful when you drink wine. You shouldn't be drinking too much if you have a heart condition. Take it easy when you drink next time, okay?

  2. With my SOUL condition, wine will play a crucial role for my relaxation I supposed~ But then still have to control a little before I really get drunk~

  3. =.= sorry, sorry, i misinterpreted your words... I think I was so blur this morning when I came and read your blog. I'm definitely not a morning person. LOL...

I agree with you, wine can help you relax a lot...a glass would do nicely, but more than 2 glass...that would probably get you drunk, depending on the alcohol level.
