Think Positively and Everything Will be Alright~
A girl was once dissatisfies of why can't she deserves weekends with her loved one? Why must she have the only tired, exhausted and stressful weekdays that burden by all of the academic stuffs to be with his dream boy? Why must she spend her weekends all alone or even some other activities excluded him? Isn't it ridiculous as she is currently in a relationship? But then, she realize that there is no fair and square existed in this world. No one assure what kind of life style a couple should attach with.
Due to time passes, she knows him better and realize that he needs family and friends. Again, she asked herself, everyone has family and friends, but why other couples manage their happy life style with their beloved well but why can't they? Perhaps, love is not the strongest element in reality~
As in Mathematics concept, the universe symbolizes the world that support all objects and creatures. Set A and set B consist of two contrastive elements as in this world for example black and white, true and false, yea and no... It is so true that there is not only black and white existed in this complicated world that full of lie, swindle, fraud and also scandal. In fact, the mixture, grey, occupied the most spaces in the universe~
Why am I bringing up the above story and concept? That is to stimulate our human thinking by not taking things negatively. Think properly, isn't it negative too part of the element in intersection? Just add a little of positive and every thing will be different. It is not as bad as what you think overall. I have been suffering from low self esteem from young and lack of confidence. This is also my self reflex and effort of pushing and remind myself on keep moving forward in life and never give up~

I'm not saying this because I sympathized with your condition, because I too have heart condition. I'm not sure which kind of heart condition that you have, but I have problems with my left ventricle valve as well as bronchitis. Life is never easy on me, and I'm sure it's the same for you.
But I'm sure you're a strong enough to go through all of it. :-D
Just remember, you have family and friends to help you through it.

Again, I am so sorry on my ambiguous words used in my profile... What I meant was my spiritually unwell soul condition~ To me, I rather have physically heart failure. At least the pain is real that you can really feel it...
